1. Product & Order Processing

2. Product Accuracy

  • "We strive for color accuracy, but monitor settings may cause slight variations"

3. Quality & Defects

  • "We partner with third-party print providers such as (Printify) for fulfillment"
  • "Manufacturing defects include: misprints, damaged items, incorrect sizes"
  • "Report quality issues within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence"

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • "We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control"
  • "Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address"
  • "Lost packages: must be filed ASAP within 30 days of expected delivery”

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

Rush orders aren't available due to POD (print on demand) model.
