1. Product & Order Processing

2. Product Accuracy

3. Quality & Defects
- "We partner with third-party print providers such as (Printify) for fulfillment"
- "Manufacturing defects include: misprints, damaged items, incorrect sizes"
- "Report quality issues within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence"
4. Shipping & Delivery

- "We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control"
- "Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address"

5. Intellectual Property

Rush orders aren't available due to POD (print on demand) model.
